Not Velvet!

This dress is not velvet as described. It is 100% polyester. I feel so misled. In the picture it looks like a burnout velvet. Looks very cheap in person.

Definitely Not Velvet

Whatever the material its made out of its very flimsy and definitely not velvet; promptly returned it; very disappointed!!!!
