More a shirt than a jacket

I am shocked at the price for this item. It is not a jacket. It is more like a shirt. It’s unlined and very lightweight for a jacket. The white stitch pattern accentuates the shirt-like vibe. I ordered a small based on other reviews rather than my normal size medium, and I still have room to spare. The fit is boxy.
