disappointing

I was so excited to get this dress to wear to a NYE wedding. I felt it ran true to size- I’m 5’6, 125 and purchased a small. On the dress I received, the ruching bunched really strange and caused a large fold-like lump of fabric on my hip. 😢 I’m not sure if it was just a defect on this particular dress and I didn’t have the time to order another one.
