damaged buttons
The buttons are gold color and very poor, cheap
quality with a thin black plastic that covers the gold. Two of the buttons arrived with the black plastic loose in the package. Also, the cardigan did not have a tag or any extra buttons included. It is now sold out and I can’t replace it. I’d have to return it. I didn’t expect this from St. John.

problem with buttons
As I unpacked this beautiful sweater, two of the black inserts popped off. I saved them and Nordstroms affixed them again. However, while overseas, two inserts were lost. I had only one replacement button. I’m stuck with a sweater I loved, with mismatched buttons. Are replacements available?
