Beautiful color, impractical

I almost kept this for the color, which is absolutely beautiful, and the shape which is adorable. I returned it though because I can’t think when I would wear it - too heavy for summer and too light for winter. The fabric shimmers (great) but feels, sound and acts like a lightweight rain jacket (not good at all).
