What is happening with Nordstrom online shopping? This dress - which was at least 4 feet long came stuffed in an 8x8 envelope - no tissue paper no plastic bag. I couldn’t try it on because it smelled like a bottle of potent vitamins. (In February I received a pair of worm boots without a box). When I returned the dress to Nordstrom KOP, the girl at the desk said she would mark it as damaged because of the smell. This is probably my last online order
