Slow Shipping
Nordstrom sells quality products. Unfortunately their shipping turnaround time is very slow. It took two weeks for my item to be shipped and then it was shipped to the wrong address. After calling to request a replacement, I was redirected to the website only to find they were now sold out of the original order. Just beware of the possible shipping snap snap-up’s if you order online.

Tight sleeves
Not sure if the cut of this hoodie is correct. The sleeves are more snug, even at the forearm. I would not choose a 2xl do to the body of hoodie would be too loose. So I guess I'm stuck in the middle.
