How to use: Apply a generous coat to clean, bare lips, staying inside the lip line, as often as desired. Wear alone or over lip color, and reapply before sun exposure. A temporary tingling sensation upon application may occur for some users it's the formula's active plumping ingredients (peppermint, spearmint, and benzyl nicotinate) at work, gently stimulating circulation to enhance your lips' natural volume and pink color. The sensation typically subsides within a few minutes. Benzyl nicotinate may also cause a harmless, temporary flush if applied outside the lip line; simply wipe clean with water
