Crest Twin Gore Slip-On Sneaker (Women)

Giving these a 4 because I tried several other brands in this style of shoe--all awful. These are the best of the lot--not perfect though. The other brands were so narrow or tight on the bridge, they were unwearable. Given the narrow reviews for this shoe, I figured there was no way they would work. I wear a 9 without socks, but I got a 9.5 hoping for a little extra width. Length-wise the 9 would have been better. Toes are about 1/4 inch from the end of the shoe. They do not feel narrow to me: roomy in the toe box & appropriately snug in the arch area. But, loose on the heels, slip a lot, and gape on the sides a bit. If bridge loosens, will probably be too loose/impossible to keep on with a slippy heel. If the bridge remains snug (it won't) they could be ok even with the loose heel--there is a nice padding on the heel that would prevent a blister--it's completely smooth & silky. The color is a warm tan--pretty and soft suede.
