'Billfish' Boat Shoe

It's funny how times change. I vividly remember my father wearing around his old Top-Siders when I was a kid and thinking I would never wear something so adult and boring. Years later I guess I've grown up a bit and so has Sperry. The Billfish is advertised as a "boat shoe", but really its your do everything summer shoe. They are the perfect alternative to flip flops or the dreaded running shoes with no socks look. You feel grown up in these, but the Billfish has a sporty look that feels up to date and perfect for the modern guy. Perhaps even more importantly, they are very comfortable and don't hurt your feet. I have back problems so I was worried at first, but somehow these shoes have fitted in a nice bit of support and cushion that keeps my back feeling very well. I seriously can't recommend these enough, when the shorts weather comes these are put into heavy rotation until the snow hits. With regard to sizing, if you plan on wearing these without socks you should go down a half-size. Also, the shoes can be a bit on the narrow side at first, but stretch with wear.
