Speedcat Wedge Sneaker (Women)

Super fast shipping, thank you Nordstrom! I'm not a fan of pink and these are not exactly pink, they have a bit of a purple hue. The beige stripe is lighter than pictured and blends nicely with the pinkish purple color. I have a bunch of Speedcats which I love. This wedge has the same quality, if not just a bit better. For a thick shoe, the stitching is very good. I normally wear a 5.5 in Puma. These fit but feel just a little bit smaller, narrower, like a 5.25. Could have easily worn a 6 but I wear pretty thin socks so these will be ok. You may want to consider sizing up a half size if you wear thicker socks. The wedge feels like a block of wood under your heel that almost cuts into your arch. It's not uncomfortable but you can feel it. Over time it may become uncomfortable depending on how the insole holds up. I'm not sure how comfortable these will be for long wear. I would not recommend these if you are standing on your feet for hours on end but they will be fine if you're up and down all day. Overall I really like them. I wish they were just a tad wider and I wish the designer reconsidered the heel. It's a bit weird.
