With all panties I order one size up. I am a size 4-6 but I always order the medium. The bum is usually a bit larger in the back than you think. That said, these are perfect fit, so light weight and comfortable. If you are looking for a control top spanx product this might not be for you. These are all about the seamless look.

Disappointing
I was very disappointed by this shape wear. There is no elastic at the bottom, so the underwear rides up and creates a "wedgie." Not fun. I also thought that the material was too thin and didn't have much of a control top. Save your money and don't purchase these!

Disappointing

Good Tummy Tucking but a bit Shrink-wrappy
These are very good tummy-tucking panties. I also own two of the lace version of this panty & while the lace version is not suitable for leggings (the lace print shows through) they are more breathable. This plain version I wish had a full cotton crotch-area part, with the tummy area being the only part made of synthetic fabric. I warn against wearing these panties everyday: I think they are a yeast infection waiting to happen: there is not much breathability. I am small, 5'3" 115 pounds with 32" hips and the medium fits fine, is almost too tight.

Cute but.....
Nice soft fabric. Cocoa is a good color. But they don't stay put--back side rides up a bit because there's no elastic there to keep one's....um...cheeks covered.

Quality is very poor for price
I purchased 5 pairs of these after really liking the lace back version. The laces ones got holes in them within 3 months, even though I have Hanky Panky lace that are 5 years old in perfect condition.
These spanx ones the glue they used deteriorated after 4 months. So the crotch seams falls apart and make them impossible to wear.
Total waste. I emailed spanx to complain about the quality. They said to tell Nordstrom’s and Spanx took no accountability after spending over $200 on underwear that didn’t even last 6 months. Disgraceful

Not at all as advertised.
I am a size 6 in clothes, they said light control, they were so tight size M. I had to return.
Also the seam along the leg really shows so not seamless as described.
