I wasn't expecting miracles. I just wanted to hit a compromise wherein I look a little better in my shirts, but wasn't so uncomfortable that merely existing was a misery. This managed that. It is proportioned generously enough that I was able to tuck it into my pants, and it would definitely go over leggings or tights far enough to stay put. There is less coverage on the shoulders than with some garments, so I am hoping it will be just a touch cooler. The material is nice and slippery, but also feels like it wouldn't breathe at all, so probably not optimal for really hot weather. I like it. I will probably buy a second one at some point, if that tells you.

I bought my usual size for my 5'5 134 pound frame - a medium, and I could have used a large, maybe even Xtra large. It fit too snug, enough to be slightly uncomfortable, but thankfully, did not accentuate back or underarm fat. The most disconcerting thing though, is that it rides up. If I don't pull it down frequently it winds up a few inches under my bust. I did not find that it gave much in the way of a slimming effect , in spite of being tight and really made no difference to my slight belly pooch. I think this will be going back. However, there were some positives- I don't want people to think it is all negative. The material is soft and substantial and there is good coverage at the back and underarms. It IS long enough, although, as mentioned, it rides up terribly.
