thinstincts 2.0 is a failure
What happened?! I have been wearing the original version of thinstincts for years…..comfortable, breathable in the summer, and with just the right amount of compression.
This is the first and last time I’ll buy the 2.0 version. Exceedingly uncomfortable with odd paneled compression in the front only. For reference I’m 5’5” and 135 lbs and wore a medium in the original version; the medium in 2.0 is an odd design…difficult to get over my hips and uncomfortably tight. No more Spanx for me. This garment will go to charity.

Rolls constantly
I don’t know if it’s too long or if it tapers in too much but this rolls up constantly. For the money that makes me sad.

This one runs larger
The front part of this spanx has less stretch than others. I guess it holds you in more. Typically in the past I've worn a size small in spanx but this one definitely was not "shapewear" on me in a size small. So I guess what I am trying to say is that depending on how you like it to fit, you may need to go down a size. But I do like it. Re-ordering in smaller size bc I like the simplicity of no adjustable straps and wider shoulder straps and I like the thicker material.

cheaply made and falls apart.
This thing is trash. I have many other great Spanx undergarments. I love them all. This one however, has come apart so much, at the side seams and underarm area, that I have to throw it away. I have worn it 3 times. This is definitely living up to its thin name. They should rename it the “high priced one time use tank.”
