Thinstincts® Convertible Camisole

Got mine in the mail and about a month later, one of the straps separated. Thought it was weird that there was an entire adhesive strip holding two parts of the strap together. I called customer service and they graciously sent out a replacement. Nordstrom is so great to their customers! One big con to these "updated" Thinstincts camis (why did they add this feature and not make it a separate product with this feature???) is that the straps constantly come detached in the back. And it's a pain to re-hook while wearing. But I discovered that the hooks are metal, so once I got them atached while not wearing them, I was able to bend the little hook closed with pliers. Haven't had the issue by more!
