good fit
I read other reviews and sized up my band by 1 size, same cup size (I am usually a 32d, ordered 34d). It fits well- the band is not stretchy, but with the correct size it is perfectly comfortable on me.
I like a racerback style w sleeveless things, and this is perfect.

bad fit
I thought the band was tight. I think this brand just isn't for me. The lining is too much, tight band, weird fitting.

Sizing suggestion is off
The suggestion for this bra is to size down one band size, and up one cup size - unfortunately, I think BOTH of those recommendations are off. I am generally a 36B, so I ordered a 34C; the band was WAY too tight (and didn't seem to have much, if any, stretch), and the cups were way too small, too. I'd suggest sticking with your normal band size and going up 1-2 cup sizes (I think I'd have needed a 36D, instead of my usual 36B - depending on how much the cup size varies when the band size increases). The clasp was a little tricky to figure out at first - but I appreciate that it would be nice and secure, and there wouldn't be much risk of it popping open. I ordered another style of racerback bra when I ordered this one, and the other one worked well (a Betsey Johnson style, also a part of the sale), so I won't be attempting to get a correct fit/size in this one.

Disappointing
Though I have not been happy with the Spanx bras I've purchased in the past (underwires poke through after just a few wearings) I ordered this one because I need a racer back bra. Nordstrom's advice is to order one size smaller because the band size runs big; that was not the case for me. I think the cup size runs small as I was spilling out. The cups are heavily padded, which I don't really want, and the clasp is hard to fasten and unfasten. I will keep looking for a racer back.

Not what expected
I took Nordstrom's suggestion of ordering a band size down and a cup size up, which did NOT work out. I would just recommend ordering a cup size up, perhaps. I was able to close the clasp as it was quite tight, although I understand ordering tighter would be better in the long run since there is no way to adjust the band. The cups are padded and there is definite spillage (compared to what I always order with Chantelle bras in a cup smaller), but I don't know if that was to do with the band being too tight. Also, the racerback part is quite large in the back and showed when I threw on a racerback tank, which defeats the purpose. I'd rather show my bra straps then all that cloth peeking out. It's definitely going back, but it would be cute if it actually fit properly.

sizing is off
I ordered this bra in 2 different sizes, neither of them fit. I have pretty much had the same results in most Spanx items so I guess this brand just doesn't work for me. It is pretty though.

Too small
I ordered one size down per previous reviews but this bra was way too small.I couldn't even rate the cup size as I couldn't fasten the bra.
