PERFECT!
These are a must have! I have them in green and black! I’m 5’4 214 pounds(heavy bottom) and I purchased a XL. I normally get a large in spanx but I sized up on these because of the faux leather material!

Squeaky
1. The fabric reminds me of the cat suit from the Michael Keaton Batman
2. I Had to Wiggle into them like the Friends episode with Ross wearing the leather pants. Once they are on, they are cute really cute, as demonstrated by the lovely ladies who posted pictures in their review.
3. BUT then I walked. My thighs touch at the very top of my legs other wise I have a thigh gap. I’m a size 2/4. Every single step of those pants rubbing they squeaked. My husband and I couldn’t stop laughing. You need a Kendall Jenner thigh gap for a silent pant wearing experience.

Love LOVE!!!
These pants are amazing, and super comfortable! Just like most patent leather (or regular leather) pants, there may be some squeak depending on your thighs love for each other. BUT the Spanx website gives some solid advice to help with that: apply lotion or oil to the outside of the legging at the inner thighs. Boom! They're a dream come true.

Perfect leggings
I had to size up for a more comfortable fit. The leggings were a challenge to slide on, however once on they felt amazing. I applied a little lotion to the inside of my thighs as suggested and the squeaking sound with away.

Absolutely love these
These look amazing on. I’ve passed on faux patent leather leggings in the past because they can look cheap if they’re not done right, but these are so good. I’m normally a medium or 6/8 in most clothing, ordered these in a medium and a large to see which I preferred. I tried on the medium first and they actually fit fine, if I hadn’t ordered a large I would’ve been satisfied with those. But I tried the large on just to see, and I feel like I can breathe a little easier, plus I know if I’m bloated they’ll still be comfortable. True to size, but it you want a little extra breathing room you may want to size up. They’ll still be very fitted and not baggy.

Yes you can walk squeak free!
I bought this legging in two colors and love them. If your thighs touch at all when you walk, these will make loads of noise. However, this is resolved by applying - not even joking - lubricant. Spanx actually recommends it (per their FB feed). I used a silicone based lubricant and you can't see it at all and stops the noise instantly. I'm a size 29 in Paige jeans and bought a large. I'm 5'5 and for my leg length I''m a petite. Fits perfect. They're true to size if you know what size you are in spanx. If you've never bought them before and don't know your size, I feel like they're a little towards the smaller side.
