Snagged at first wash
Love this luxe fabric, loved the fit. Was so looking forward to wearing it, but never got the chance. I wash all my new clothes before wearing, and it snagged HORRIBLY in the washer/dryer (which are brand new appliances I got in February). For the price, I really expected it to hold up much better. Really disappointed.

Nordstrom shipped via USPS and it took weeks.
The dress was fine but it was shipped USPS from CA to VA. It took literally weeks to receive it and I received it too late and had to return it. Nordstrom should not use USPS which is notoriously unreliable these days.
