4-Inch Stretch Twill Shorts

I usually like Spanx, but these sit way too low on the hips, causing what little excess I have to spill over the top. The middle seam digs into my lady parts and the backside is baggy in an unflattering way . I ordered them in grey and white but the fabric is too thick and heavy for summer. For the right body type, these may be ok. The qualityis decent, but not worth keeping for me. Returning both.

I had high hopes for these shorts and finally ordered but had to return. I am an apple body shape. These shorts look more fitted through the upper thigh on the models but on me the flared out a little which is exactly what I was hoping they did not do. I do not have much of a butt which is probably why they fit me that way but was hoping they were more fitted through the upper leg, which can help with an apple shape :( These run pretty true to size or even slightly big. The red color was exactly as shown on the site. I wish they fit my body type better.

I love these shorts, I was really on the fence about buying, for reference I am 5'5 148# athletic build usually purchase 6 in bottoms * for a looser fit. In these I ordered the medium fit fabulous, perfect, wore to casual dinner and a movie!, So comfortable , did not wrinkle and had a crisp ironed look, I wore with a thin belt, nobody had any idea that they were pull on.
