Ultimate Cleanser for Sensitive Skin
My facial and ocular rosacea requires me to gently wash my eyelids for 20 secs twice a day. Fresh Soy is the only face-wash that doesn't gives me breakouts, burning or redness. Never irritates or makes me tear up even when I slather it on my eyelashes. Even Cetaphil sometimes burned my skin but never Fresh Soy.
Removes stubborn mascara, sunscreen, concealer etc in a flash without scrubbing. Doesn't foam up just gently glides on and rinses clean. Faint cucumber/rose fragrance is so light and lovely, and amazingly hasn't been an irritant to me.
A few years ago I balked at spending this kind of money on face-wash but once I tried it I will never go back to anything else. A little goes a long way, lasts for a long time-love it!

Not Really Foamy
I read great reviews about this cleanser and decided to try it. I have combination skin. I wanted something that is foamy, mild, cleanses well and doesn't leave my skin dry.
Not sure why many people described this product as "foamy". To me, it really isn't. It doesn't foam enough for me to feel comfortable to use the Clarisonic Mia face brush. It just doesn't feel like having a foamy layer over the face to provide lubrication and cushion.
I like Shiseido's Ibuki. Ibuki can take off make-up with the help of Clarisonic brush. I thought it might be a bit harsh for skin if I weren't wearing make up. So I just wanted to find a product that is a little bit milder for those days when I don't wear make-ups. I had imagined the Fresh Soy would be it, based on the other reviews. But apparently they are very far-off.
But people with normal and dry skin would probably enjoy this product.

Savior for my dry/combo compromised skin barrier
Fabulous for someone who's skin barrier got compromised when the weather started to change. That would be me, unfortunately. I use CeraVe to wash in the morning but needed an extremely gentle facial wash to go with my double cleanser at night. I also recently had a birthday so I'm now in my mid 50's with minimum fine lines. My dry and compromised skin barrier on my face made what I used to use as a holy grail was no longer good for my skin. I bought this after reading many reviews and doing research and decided to try this. I am so glad I did. I still use a thicker moisturizer as the Fall is setting in.

Awesome Sauce!
Removes all of my makeup, including mascara, withe zero redness or irritation. The tube will last a long time. You only need a pea-sized amount to clean your entire face. I'm 60 and prone to eczema/inflammation along my lash line, and this does no harm to my eyes. Would also probably work well for those who have rosacea.
