Too long in torso design
I normally wouldn't keep a dress this expensive and ill-fitting but I fell hard for the calico design. As I loved the print, I decided to keep the dress but had to take the dress in for alterations. The tailor sewed the ends of the two back flaps together to decrease the back gaping and she folded the hem up to shorten the dress. I decided not to sew up the front panels (where the bow is) as I didn't want to spend any more money on alterations.
Doen, please stop elongating your torsos. The average US women is 5'4"and your clothes should fit the majority better. Go back to the design board and stick to ratios of your past designs.
