LOVE Them (They do run small)
Just delivered today and I was not sure about them initially. It seems like the pair I received may have been worn and returned, but they were the last pair of the size/color combo I wanted and I got them on sale, so the very minor wear can be overlooked. I ordered a half size up from my normal shoe size and they fit very snugly wearing thin socks. I don’t think I could wear with thick socks, unless I went a full size up. That being said, I just wore them to run errands in 11 degree weather with snow and ice on the ground. Even with thin socks, my feet stayed perfectly warm and the footbed is like walking on a comfortable cushion. On top of that, they are super cute for winter boots. I think these are going to end up being my favorite winter weather shoes. Highly recommend, but remember to size up!

Warranty is disappointing
Eyelet fell off and I shipped them in (before the year warranty was up) paid by myself. Couldn’t fix them and didn’t even refund me the whole price I paid. Disappointed

Cute but sent back
Cute, as pictured but too small. I’m consistently a 9 in Sorel but these were too snug even with thin socks but looked big.

Comfy but small and narrow
These boots are very comfortable and warm, beautiful design. As I read, the laces don't stay tight for too long. I usually buy boots 8.5 (which is already half size up). I measured my feet, compared to my other boot sizes and still found them too tight in lenght and too narrow, my toes were uncomfortable. As I'm from Brazil and got them during a short visit to the US, I didn't have enough time to return them and get a half size up to see if would fit. I tried smoothing it up, taking to a place to loose a bit, but nothing worked. My toes still feel strangled.
I also noticed some sort of defect on the left foot (photo)
So, I recommend you check your size and if your feet is wide/narrow, your toes are too long or not. Would love to buy a new pair, but that will have to wait for another US visit.

Wrong sizing
I'm 9.5 so I got 10. I could not even put them on lol it's that small I thought maybe it's the wrong size (like 8) but the box and the labels say 10. Return.

Sizing is completely unknown
I bought a full size up based on reviews and I should NOT have done that. They're too big! I'm usually a 7.5, bought an 8.5 and so sad. I'm pretty disappointed that they don't fit right. I love the look and bought based on a friend's recommendation. Wish I could exchange for a better size. I don't know what to do with them at this point
