Boots split open
I’ve had the boots a little over 12 months’ I personally find mind comfortable and a nice light weight boot for strolling public paths and in to town but unfortunately this is the second pair i have had split in the same place. My first had been a slightly different design and material.

Great boot
This is my second Ankeny Hiker boot. The first was version one. This version, Ankey II is just as good. This boot has served me well on light snow days, fashionable around town and great traction and comfort on the trail. I've had this boot for almost a year. With winter starting again, I used leather conditioner today to get them ready for another season.

Mailman. Not as waterproof as you'd think. I carry mail 8 hours a day. Love the company, thought I could rely on these for waterproof needs. Naw. They stayed strong for 6 of the 8 hours in the rain. Okay boot for casuals though.

Stylish, lightweight but not for hiking
True to size and width with my size9 pair. Compare to my other hiking shoes, sole of this one pretty thin, ankle little tight with very thin quilted collar, walked on them for two minutes indoor already had mark on my ankles, don’t think can go hiking with this, not even backyard trails.
