Cute-ish
I’m 5’1, 130-135lbs, 34A, bottom heavy.
The dress is beautiful and I bought both a size small and medium. The medium fit the best. I couldn’t even get the small past my thighs. The medium would have been perfect but the sleeves were way too tight and I couldn’t lift my arms up without extra fabric being pulled up from the armpit area, iykyk.

beautiful but runs so small
This dress has no stretch. I’m 5’2, 125lbs and I got the XS so it would be form fitting. The sleeves are so tight my arms barely went through, I struggled getting it past my hips/waist because there’s zero stretch and it fits under the arms weird. All of the extra fabric is in the stomach area where I didn’t need it. Would look stunning if it didn’t fit. I already know the Small wouldn’t fit right either because of how much fabric the XS had in the stomach.

My experience
I really like it, but watch out when you buying , look all over the dress. Mine had lots Of damage’s in and Nordstrom doesn't care about it. And no discount available .
