When our artisan partners in India finish a run of hand-block-printed textiles, the remnants are usually the end of the story. Here they become the beginning: cut and sewn into the shoulder straps and accent trim of this duffle, so every bag carries a strip of genuine block-printed cloth that would otherwise have been waste. Zero-waste isn't the marketing angle; it's literally the construction.
