Great running shirt
I was looking for a running shirt that stayed cool on hot days. I generally stay away from polyester and go for wool shirts, because of the smell. But, I needed something that was quick dry so I could bring on a canoe trip. Luckily, this shirt is great because it stays cool, has full sun protection, and some tech that reduces smell, so can be warn for a few days on a canoe/camping trip, similar to that of a wool shirt. I also appreciate the extra zip pocket since some of my running spandex pants do not have a pocket to keep a key safe!

High hopes, didn’t deliver
I was really excited to get this sun shirt, looking forward to it. Unfortunately, I have to say that it looks so terrible when I tried it on. the problem is with the fit even though I am usually a small and I ordered small the arm hung so wide and loose, it’s not only just a size problem. It’s the cut in the fit of the shirt that is really unflattering. Unfortunately, I will have to return this with much disappointment.

I love this sun shirt
I love this sun shirt and have it in multiple colors. Perfect for hiking in the summer months. Very breathable and comfortable.

Sombra sun shirt
Love the simpler color pairings and the lighter colors-best for staying cool. The fit works best with higher waist leggings or pants. Hood is comfy. Fabric is comfortable, but can snag a bit on rough hands, and is not as breathable as expected. I run cold, and felt warm in this pretty instantly. Would reach for it more in shoulder season than in the high heat of summer. Overall, happy to have it in my rotation!

Sombra Sun Hoodie
This is my new favorite sun shirt/hoodie. It is lightweight and will be perfect for a sunny day on the kayak. I am 5’2” and 105 pounds. I ordered the XS and it fits perfectly. Unlike a skin tight sun shirt this is roomy but not too large. It has a shorter fit which looks great with shorts or a swimsuit.
