Comfort and stability

I bought these because I am on my feet a lot and do quite a bit of walking. Have had trouble with plantar fasciitis in the last several years so wearing good quality shoes is a necessity for me. Super light and comfortable, great arch support, well cushioned without being unstable. I normally wear an 8 but sized down to a 7.5 and it's a perfect fit.

Dirty shoes got delivered. Horrible.

I open the box just to see dirty used shoes. I'm beyond disgusted and disappointed.

good not great

Photo includes new hokas (left) and old hokas (right). A lot less cushioning. Shoe feels like it has less fabric. More narrow which is fine because I have narrow feet but it wouldn’t work for everyone. These do the job for when I’m weight lighting or running errands. Long walks (2+ miles) my feet start to feel sore. If you’re on your feet for hours don’t buy these. I’m bummed because now I need a shoe for working out and a shoe for walking. My old pair suited me for both.

Expected Better

Bought these first Saturday in March. 4 weeks later there’s a hole on the heel causing a huge blister on my Achilles. I don’t know what I expected.. but $125 shoes should last more than 4 weeks? I’m not running a marathon a day. They’re very lightweight and comfortable.

Great shoe but 0 customer service

I opened the package and I have two right pairs. Looks used. The size and fit look good and true to size. Will be returning it. I reordered the same shoe from Hoka directly. 0 stars for quality control. You think they check the merchandize before shipping it out. Very very disappointing from Nordstroms.

nordstrom is getting to be another JC Penneys

I bought some holes for my daughter for Xmas. Yeah they were on sale. But it’s Nordstrom. I got the shoes but not in a Hoka box but in a generic box. You can’t sell shoes as new if they aren’t in the original box. Nordstrom is starting to suck too. It’s a gift and part of gifting is presentation. It’s like a goodwill gift at this point.
