Dreamy summer occasion dress
I love this dress its summery but with little extra bling perfect for occasions. Its does not have any boning or inner bra and colour is more ivory than white as in photo.

Looked like a paper towel roll
I was really hopeful about this dress, considering house of CB is not inexpensive, yet when the dress arrived the fabric had several loose threads which spoke volumes. In addition, the zipper was stuck so I had to put the dress on over my head and squeeze in.
I have an hourglass shape and so I was hopeful that a more stretchy and form fitting dress would fit nicely. I was incredibly wrong. This made me look like I was a roll of paper towel. Also, accentuated my lower stomach in the wrist ways and gave me love handles too.
Other dresses from house of CB that I have tried on are also very strange with their sizing. On that note, stick with trying on this brands items from Nordstrom instead of directly from the brands website to save yourself the haste.

great for a slimmer fit
This dress is gorgeous. I’m typically a size 8 and the M fit perfectly. However, I have a bit of a tummy and this dress folds/gathers right at the tummy, making it more noticeable. It would be great for someone who has a thinner frame.

looks yellow-ish/orange
Don’t like this dress. Looks yellow-ish/orange in person. It runs small. The medium fit me and I’m usually a small. It also has weird material that bulges out if you bend your torso. It was also slightly sheer. You could see my black underwear easily through, but I suppose that is to be expected with most white/off white clothes. Not my cup of tea, definitely returning.
