Received the worn item twice for the same coat.
Unbelievable! This is my second time in one month I ordered this coat. Both time they sent me the worn item. The first one I returned because I found somebody’s personal items in the pocket, like teeth floss and zip lock. Then I ordered another one hoping I’ll get a brand new coat. You won’t believe, there were personal items in pocket as well , like business card and a small Christmas tree light. They didn’t even bother to check the pockets before to ship to customers. Shame!

My measurements according to S&K’s size chart put me in an XS or SM, but the Medium makes me feel compressed in the shoulders and arms, so I’m trying a large. Soia & Kyo should make tall sizes. 5’8” 135 pounds, 26 inch waist

Nordstrom sent wrong coat
