Soho Metallic Column Gown

This dress is absolutely beautiful, but the material is very thin and the dress feels cheap overall. As I wore it, the liner twisted around my body and I had to constantly shift it all night. The seams also started coming part in areas. I followed the recommendation and ordered a size up from my regular size, and it fit well. The color is more rose gold than it appears on the website. It definitely wasn't worth the price. I'm going to bring it to a tailor to see if they can fix it as the dress is so pretty.

Loved the fit, not the color. It is listed as rose gold, but it is white. I could not wear this to my son's wedding.

I had to write a review to counter the bad reviews of this gown. First of all it is gorgeous and not cheaply made. It also is true to size and no need to go a size up, unless you’re not honest about your size. I will be wearing it to my daughters wedding and cannot wait to put it on!!! I got an “oh wow” from my husband who is not always easily convinced he likes certain outfits on me. I’m glad I ordered in spite of some of the bad reviews and extremely glad I did not go a size up!!

Gorgeous dress I wore as mother of the bride at my daughters wedding. I’m normally a size 6 but sized up because it says runs small. It was so big I had to get it tailored down to a size 6 because I didn’t have time to return and reorder it . I’m 5’5 138 lbs for reference.

One review said the dress was white, I don’t see that. I see light bright rose gold. Super pretty. Reviews also said it ran small. Maybe the size 4 does. We bought 4 dresses 0,4,10,18. 0 needs to be taken in, 4 is fine and she’s pretty small, 10 is big, need an 8, they are now sold out fingers crossed one will be returned, 18 is big too, we’ve exchanged for a 16. I really think the dress is beautiful particularly for a bridesmaid.

Bought this dress in size 4. It was quite generous in length and needed to be shortened. As mentioned by other reviewers, it is a lovely lightweight and comfortable fabric that stretches so it’s a good dress for a formal or an entire evening out. Does show curves and has a slight “racerback” so plan undergarments accordingly.
