Love these
These are pretty and comfy. I can use my custom insoles with them. The first few times I wore them, they rubbed the back of heels, but that has completely stopped.

Return shipping label program does not work.
Shoes are too long in 7 1/2, and slip on my heels. A 7 W might work.

Very comfy, but a bit long
This shoe is very comfortable. I chose the nude color in a 9, and it is lovely. Unfortunately, it was too long for my foot, my heel kept slipping out with each step. I returned it to the store, hoping to try on the 8 1/2 for comparison. Nordstroms does not carry the shoe at the store - the shoe shipped directly from the manufacturer. Not willing to order again and perhaps need to return again. I wish there were more shoes carried at the store. So wasteful to order, return, order, return looking for a shoe that fits your foot.

Needed a bit more… something
Not really for me - a little snug but going up 1/2 sz would’ve been too big. On trend look just not on my feet. Narrow- medium perfect not wide at all could dress up/down .. a little plain.must say quite comfortable out of the gate .. maybe a good work shoe not a social shoe.

I should have listened to the other reviews...
I really wanted these to fit, they were super cute on but were so big. I'm a true 9.5 and these fit like a 10, I think I will size down. The other reviews were mixed so I decided to stick with the 9.5 because my feet are wide, but no luck.
