Snip Snip Shoe Too Tight
The 12M heel is perfect but across the foot is too tight. I am hard to fit. So unfortunately inorder to walk without pain, I just happened to have a pair of tiny scissors in my bag, thus I had to widen that area by snipping several vertical slits to walk back to my car.

Comfy and wide enough for a very wide foot
Soft leather outer and padded insole make these a very comfy shoe. Runs very true to size. I have a very wide foot, but the actual length would be a 6 1/2 if I could get a shoe wide enough. This shoe is that wide, in a WW. So, usually I buy a 7 or 7 1/2 W to get the width I need, but in this shoe the 6.5 WW worked perfectly. Might not be the most stylish shoe, but I think will be very comfortable to walk around in.

Strange coloring
Fit is great - so comfortable. BUT the coloring is really off. Ordered the Mocha - beautiful color except the toe and somewhat around the back has an odd brown shading. Can’t image it’s supposed to be like that. Looks like something dark has stained it. It’s on both but not the same shading. Going back. I wish it was a solid consistent color.

Terrible sounds when walking!!
Let me first say that I own this shoe in the light mocha color and it is by far my favorite flat I have ever owned. Comfortable for a full day of walking. This review, however is for the black color. Now, I'm not sure if I got a defective pair or what, but the shoes made the most awful and embarrassing sound when I walked. Luckily, I noticed it before I left for my first day at a new job. I literally returned them on my lunch break that very day.

Kind of boring
These fit somewhat comfortably. My feet measure 8.5w, but I usually have to go up to a 9 for shoes to fit. These were okay in 8.5, but I had to get them in WW and they weren't all that wide, especially the edge around the top above the ball of my foot at the front; that felt a little too firm and snug. But the shoe is overall cushioned and okay, comfort-wise. They did look a bit boring, honestly. My husband said they look like doll shoes. Despite being on the boring side, I would have kept them, except that the side was sort of flapping open with each step. It's like they had too much material on the sides so they would literally flap away from my foot with each step. That just feels like bad engineering. I have a wide foot front but a regular width heel, and these had a regular width heel, which I appreciated.

Shoe runs big
I am and have been my entire adult life a 6-1/2M. The shoes were so big I could stick 2 fingers behind my heel! They are about 1/2 size too big at least. Also wasn't crazy about the platinum color--very dark.
