Indy Chelsea Boot (Women)

I ordered 3 pairs of similar boots because I'm super fussy about fit. I won't wear anything slightly uncomfortable. I was prepared to return all 3 if they were the least bit uncomfortable. I kept these because they are SOOO comfortable. Price didn't factor my decision but I am especially happy because these were the least expensive of the 3, one pair was over $300. I am a true 8 but ordered 8 Wide to accommodate socks. I'm glad I did because they fit PERFECTLY with thin socks. So, if I was thinking 8 Wide for thicker socks, 8 Medium would have been too narrow for any socks. They are better quality than what I expected. The upper half of the back pattern part is a much softer, quilted leather so it doesn't dig into the back of my leg. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase. The reason I took off one star is because the white thread on one of the boots has darker areas, like shoe polish or something got on them. They also have a faint scuff mark on both pairs, which probably wouldn't be noticeable to anyone else but my eagle eye. I would have exchanged for another pair, but 8 Wide is no longer available. It's hard for me to find comfortable boots and I really love these so I'm keeping them.

Based on reviews, I ordered both a standard width and a wide in my normal size 9. I have never worn a wide width in my life but people said these ran narrow and they were NOT KIDDING. The M was so narrow it was like a vice on the ball of my foot, but slipped in the heel a bit. The 9W fit like a medium width and was fine on the ball of my foot, but the heel slipped up and down when I walked worse than the 9M. The overall length felt true to size. The footbed was comfortable and supportive, the style is adorable and love the lug sole. They leather gave them a bit more of a dressy look, which I loved. I wish I would have been able to keep them, but the heel slippage was just too much. If you can find the fit that works, I would recommend the style for sure.

I bought these boots to take on a trip to London & Paris. Softwalk is exactly what the name says. Very comfortable but I did wear a heavy sock with them because they run a tad wide and I didn’t want them to slip up and down on my heels. I walked over 5 miles a day and my feet never were uncomfortable. They are also easy to get on and off and aren’t heavy like most Chelsea boots I’ve tried. A plus, they are stylish with the textured area on the back of the boot. I highly recommend these as comfortable, stylish boots!!

Loved this boot that I purchased in black, luggage and gray colors. They are comfortable, stylish with the detailed white stitching that elevates your look especially with dress pant or jeans. My foot is actually a narrow width, but I still purchased the medium and no problems. I'm very satisfied and just discovered this brand at Nordstrom.

The design and shape of the were beautiful and as is seen in the picture, respectively. The interior feel of the pair of shoes was superb! Soft and somewhat foamy, giving a comfortable feel and great balance. However, I am not satisfied with the quality of the leather parts of the shoes, given the price. The leather appears rumply in some parts. And the pair delivered had black stains (I guess from handling) in front and back sides of the shoes' bases. I had to wash of the stain which is stain faint on the shoes and kept to it because I struggle with getting my shoe size on booties.

These boots are very stylish, and quite comfortable, but I don’t think these are made for wide feet. I purchased the 7W even though I’m more narrow/medium and they fit me perfect but I don’t think these will work if your feet are wider. They are really a good boot, but sadly I decided to keep a different pair I ordered.
