Great amino shampoo
The best shampoo for hair nutrition and helps my hair grow. I've been using it for over a year and it makes my hair soft,healthy and smells wonderful. Well worth the investment for your hair. You'll enjoy showering and washing your hair with this coconut scent also. I have naturally curly hair I straighten alot and this shampoo helps me restore and replenish my hair. The best!

not for fine hair!
This weighed my hair down. It made it feel heavy and dry at the same time. It has a powdery coconut smell which I’m not fond of. This was a total bust. I’m shocked by the good reviews, although someone mentioned a bad reformulation so maybe I tried it after it was reformulated.

I used to use this shampoo at Equinox before the pandemic but after trying their other shampoos I realized that this shampoo doesn’t clean residue from products that well. Still a good shampoo if you don’t use lots of styling products. My husband loves it

It's a Meh From Me
I know people who use this shampoo and absolutely love it. I used it at Equinox back in the day and had no complaints. Maybe it's my water, but it seems like this shampoo NEVER washes out of the underside of my hair! The bottom of my hair, the nape of neck, never seems clean no matter how much I scrub and rinse, the strands are stringy and clumped. It's so bad my husband was rubbing my neck and asked me if my hair was wet about 12h after my shower. I really want to love this, the top of my hair looks fine, but I'm just not sure how to make this work for me.

Poor packaging
I have been using this shampoo all year, with the larger size in a plastic bottle. This container was a plastic bag, very unwieldy. I am disappointed in Kiehls.
