What it is: An antioxidant-rich foaming face wash that gently lifts skin's impurities while delivering moisture and promoting resilience.

What it does: It gently cleanses skin with a smart formula that removes impurities and excess oil for skin that is soft, hydrated and ready for your skin care routine. The antioxidant-rich formula contains raspberry extract to help enhance skin's resilience and help it resist the effects of environmental aggressors including pollutants and dryness that can lead to visible signs of aging. How to use: Squeeze a small amount into your palm and work into a rich lather with water. Gently massage onto a damp face using gentle, circular motions to cleanse skin thoroughly. Rinse well with cool or lukewarm water.

Best cleanser I've used EVER!

I have been using Cle de Peau softening cleansing foam for 10+ years. Over the 5 years, I've also tried SKII facial treatment cleanser, Shiseido Cleansing Foam and Laneige Hyaluronic Cleansing Foam. I try to use the entire full-size bottle of the product so I give each a fair shake. Each time I tried one of the new products, I always can't wait to go back to the Cle de Peau cleanser. While SKII is about 30% more expensive, I didn't see any additional benefit to my skin and I didn't like the smell. Shiseido and Laneige were just not as softening and left me feeling drier than Cle de Peau's. My skin is so much softener and feel so much cleaner after washing with CDP cleanser. Sometimes, if I am in a hurry or get distracted and don't' go through with the moisturizer (rare but it happens), my skin still feels hydrated and not dry at all. I can't say that I won't keep trying new products out on the market but, so far, CDP is the best I've tried.

I went to Shiseido department store buy a facial brush The sale person told me she doesn’t have it but she said she can order for me it is take two (2) days o will receive it. I told her I needed by that time because Imy wife going to send it overseas for her friend. The sale lady told me that will be no problem. S I go ahead to order it . Guess what we waited and waited two (2) days went by no brush. Five (5) days later I went back to the store department spook with the same sale lady, she told me she check her computer she said they send it out ready, I asked her what day is she send it out. She said ( she doesn’t know) that she doesn’t tell me a true. I told the sale lady I want to talk to her Bioss Then she called her Boss and her Boss told me OH they send it out today and I will receive in two (2) days so both of them told me two (2) different store I left the store 4 day later I reviewed my Brush. It took 9 days to received a small facial brush, The sale lady and her Boss both are lied to me

eye sensitivity warning!

This is a very nice cleanser but absolutely keep it away from your eyes!!!!!!! I made the mistake twice of getting it near my eyes and didn’t understand what was happening. This completely trashed my eyes and I had to use anti-histamine eyedrops and moisturizing drops for several days each time to recover after I made the mistake of using this near my eyes. It made my eyes red, irritated, weepy-watery, itchy and dry!!

LOVE

I have sensitive, slightly dry aging skin. This face wash does it all. It lathers up and leaves my skin feeling soft and healthy. It has a delicate scent and I have repurchased several times. I always get the smaller size as it is convenient for travel and lasts forever. You only need a pea sized amount - a little goes a long way! I learned that the hard way the first time. 😝 I definitely recommend for mature skin.

Pricey but Worth It!

My aunt got me hooked on Cle de Peau (CDP) and keep me supplied at birthdays and Christmases because I swore I would never pay the CDP price for a facial cleanser. Well, I lied. After trying four different cleansers, from drug store to mid-range priced products, I am back to CDP. What brought me back? It is gentle but makes my skin feel clean, it smells fresh not perfumey, it has great foam and a little goes a very long way. Literally, a drop will get the job done. Some of the other brands I tried left an oily residue, smelled awful or felt drying. I have decided CDP is The One, and my skin is worth it.

Perfect for aging dry skin

I had been looking for a facial cleanser for a while. One that would cleanse my skin, but not make it dry at all. This cleanser is perfect and you only need the tiniest amount. I love it. The scent is clean and not overbearing.
