What is a pillow insert?

I love my new pillows they feel and smell like quality. But I don’t understand why Boll and Branch changed what I have always known as a “pillow” into a “pillow insert?” In any case I am sold on Boll and Branch for my bedding.

Good pillow, but soft was too soft

Nice pillow with good body, but too soft for me when I sleep on it to use it comfortably, maybe should have gotten the medium for better neck support. Very expensive.

Best pillows ever!

Perfect pillow for me. I love a nice soft fluffy pillow with some resistance. It really makes my neck feel good as a side sleeper. Feels amazing! Best pillow ever!

Softest sheets!

I love the texture of the sheets. My husband thinks they are warm but I disagree. I haven’t been sweaty. The sheets are soft and thicker so that may influence him.
