Sofina Ankle Strap Platform Sandal (Women)

The shoes are very pretty and I truly like the style; however, they arrived in a box without any wrapping or protective packaging, which is normally included with new shoes. There was visible dirt on the toe and noticeable dents on the heel and front, making it clear the shoes had been worn. I’m very surprised this item was resold in this condition and am extremely disappointed with the experience.

I was very disappointed with these shoes. They’re super cute but kill your feet. They’re hard and the strap across your toes cuts. I tried to return them and was told they would not accept them back which blew me away because I’ve returned shoes to Nordstrom before that literally fell apart. I buy nearly all my shoes from Nordstrom so this has been a shock to my system.
