Too big
The dress fit me everywhere except the bust. I took my measurements, but the bust had little flaps hanging out on the sides. Maybe a size down would have worked, but I’m not sure. If I tied the middle tie all the way together it fit, but looked weird because it’s supposed to have a little hole there for cleavage. I returned.
