sandals
Love these. Bought both these and the Eileen Fisher sport sandals in black with the white sole. I think the Eileen Fisher pair are cuter but these are better for a medium width foot. The Eileen Fisher sandal is a little on the wide side. These are really cute and very comfortable.

Ran too wide
I loved the look of this sandal....especially because I have owned many Sofft shoes and boots and they were so comfy. This sandal ran quite wide and it didn't look good on the foot with so much slack. Sadly, I had to return it.

there are better options for a walking sandal
So, I'm a HUGE fan of the Eileen Fisher "Sport Platform Sandal" and I thought this looked similar & also, given that the brand is called Sofft, I figured this shoes would be comfortable, plus it came in a blue color I liked, so I bought them. I'm always looking for shoes that will accommodate a Morton's neuroma in my right foot, and I walk a lot, as I live & work in downtown Chicago. I walk as a minimum 6-7 miles per day.
Well, they are not horrible, but there is absolutely NO COMPARISON, in terms of comfort, between this & the EF sandal. This is like walking on cardboard. It does not feel like there is much in the way of cushion. They are not excruciating, but they are not great. These are probably fine if you are going to do a moderate amount of walking, are walking on soft (grassy) surfaces, etc. But if your feet are your primary mode of transportation, these are definitely NOT your best option.
I guess my mother was right... I'm disappointed when I "cheap out." You really do get what you pay for sometimes.

Very cute in a sporty way!
Just bought these. Tried both these and the Eileen Fisher. These are fabulous and half the price, and they look so similar! I am an 8 1/2 always, never deviate. I can no longer say that as I had to size down 1/2 size, bought an 8. Very comfortable and sporty, while also super cute! Will be a great travel daytime shoe.

Super Comfy
I ordered an 8.5 (my normal size) and they fit perfectly-perhaps a smidgen long but I have long toes so they work well. These are super comfortable and I love how they support the widest part of my foot. I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because you cannot easily add an extra notch on the ankle strap due to the design. I have them on the furthest notch. Also, the buckle rests on my ankle bone, and hopefully that won't become uncomfortable. I first ordered the denim blue but didn't like the purplish hue they have so I exchanged them for tan.

Not for Skinny/Narrow Feet
Loved the color of these sandals, a nice muted gold. (I am generally not a fan of gold but I liked this color). However I have skinny feet and these did not work for me. The straps that are at the front were way to big and they are not attached to the pieces with the closer to be able to tighten. So if you have skinny feet, I would pass on these sandals. Wider feet, these would work for you.

Sofft Mirabelle sandal
Very comfortable - no thong to rub between my toes, leather is soft so no chafing anywhere and stylish enough to wear with everything!!
I was a bit hesitant at first because of the white sole, which seems to be very trendy these days, but found it to be a nice contrast.
I'm also flat footed, and my orthotics fit securely in them, which were held in place by the wider straps over the arches.
Based on other reviewers, I went down a 1/2 size and they were perfect. No break in period!
