Review
Runs big at top and tight on hips. If it isn’t tight enough at top then it doesn’t hold in place; but if isn’t loose enough at the hips then it makes weird at upper waist.

Def runs small
I couldn't even get my hips through. Runs pretty small. usually I'm a size 16, but the size 16 was like for someone who was a size 12. Would definitely size up at least one size.
