What it does: The sequel to the brand's number-one selling palette. The Smoke Sessions 2 palette is a premium array of shadows inspired by some of the brand's favorite purple strains. Eight superior shades in a multitude of smooth mattes and sticky foiled textures. They covered every tone of plum from soft amethyst to rich purple hues. Get ready to dab in and smoke it out.

not about Melt but nordstrom
I ordered a palette and it arrived broken. Then I got another and it too was broken.
I can’t exchange in store because no one has it!!!! So I run the risk of them poorly packing it and it breaking.

I ordered a palette and it arrived broken. Then I got another and it too was broken.
I can’t exchange in store because no one has it!!!! So I run the risk of them poorly packing it and it breaking.

Arrived Broken
Colors look beautiful except that the far right shadow arrived shattered. I'll be returning. I'm not too happy about this considering I used a Nordstrom Note to help pay for this palette and I'll never get my 10.00 back. I don't understand why companies don't protect fragile items when shipping.

Grrrrrrrrrr, arrived in pieces
Bought this for myself. Used notes and was super excited to receive it. Imagine my dismay when the palette arrived IN A PADDED ENVELOPE!!! Who ships a palette in an envelope and thinks that it will arrive damage free!?!? Well, sure enough the shadows were in pieces and this product is now sold out. Like another guest, very disappointed, especially since it was avoidable.

DO NOT BUY UNLESS FROM A STORE
I'm so disappointed. I received the product and 5 of the 8 shadows were broken and unusable. The colors are even more vivid to see in person. The 5 damaged shadows are the ones with glitter - they are much more fragile. The matte shades were not damaged.
I went to Scottsdale Fashion Square and returned it - they do not carry Melt Cosmetics. I reorded and spoke with customer service this morning - they are unable to alter packaging from the same distribution center that sent the original order. Customer Service was very helpful and they will alert the disti center. We'll see how next one arrives. Note to MELT Cosmetics: please advise how to ship this product so it arrives intact.
I do not recommend purchasing unless you do so from a store .

Do better Nordstrom!
The pallet is beautiful but, my order/pallet arrived broken....not really a surprise seeing as Nordstrom uses ON TRAC! (they are the absolute WORST carrier!! If it can break you WILL receive it broken!!!) I called customer service and was sent a new one......surprise, surprise...this one is broken too! (Also delivered by On Trac) I am beyond dissapointed that Nordstrom would even bother with such a terrible carrier and that I am at the point where I have to just return it and go elsewhere because this clearly isn't gonna work out in my favor.....you know, simply getting what I ordered/payed for in the condition you'd expect.....undamaged.

Absolutely TERRIBLE carrier!
What i could tell fdom the pallet in person, its beautiful.....BUT OnTrac is TRASH!!!! I don't know WHY Nordstrom would use them! I ordered this, received it broken. I called Nordstrom, they sent me a replacement, that also came broken. I can't even blame the store because ANY time Ontrac has been the carrier for ANYTHING "fragile" that ive ordered, I've received it broken! Do better Nordstrom! Stop being CHEAP and use a more reputable carrier!
