Smock Waist Midi Skirt

This skirt is awesome! I ordered six skirts, 3 different styles in 2 sizes each. The other 2 were twice and three times as expensive and I’m happy to report that the more budget friendly skirt is perfect. First it is actually a midi skirt on me, and not just on the 6 foot tall model in the photo. It’s extremely comfortable compared to regular skirts with thin waistbands because of the smocked waist which makes it very flattering as well. It kind of just pulls and holds you in at the waist. Then as it drops down there is some folding, almost like pleats without being fussy like pleating. I really like the top layer being sheer. The folding at the top and the sheerness at the bottom almost makes it look like a more casual tulle/ballet style skirt. I can see myself wearing this with everything from fitted tees to cardigans to my mini Vuori hoodies. Then dressing it up with kitten heels or running around in my converse or adidas sneakers. Oh!!! The best part… POCKETS! It doesn’t take much more to make me happy. I love it so much I just ordered the white one which will be perfect for wearing all summer. As for sizing, there wasn’t much difference between the small and xs. I’m keeping the xs just because the small would have probably twisted around a bit with wear because of the looser waist. I’m 5’8” and about 110.

I am a size 8/29 in jeans and I bought a medium. At first when I tried these on, they felt fine. Not too loose or tight. But when I wore it out, they would slide down and that’s when I wished I sized down. I just purchased the black in small and am hoping that fits better. Otherwise, super cute skirt! I’m 5’2” and loved the midi length.

Love this skirt. Flows well and the wide elastic waist band gives shape to the skirt with a top that hangs at or just below it. Length was great.

I'm 5.5 tall, and the skirt is the perfect maxi length, has pockets and great movement. I finally found the style and fit of a spring, summer, fall skirt. I loved it so much I just purchased it in white. I wear a solid size 4 and the extra small fit. Note-The elastic waist cood be tighter .

Beautiful skirt, a bit large. I could have sized down but decided to keep it.

Beautifully made skirt. Very long but not maxi on my 5’3 frame. I am usually large in skirts/pants but this Large was way too big. Maybe someone stretched it out?? I’m going to return and get a Medium. I hope it works out bc I really like it.
