I/O MAG^™ 185mm Snow Goggles

I bought this goggle for a trip out west in March so I have not actually used it in the dull gray northeast. The main reason I gave it a 3 rating is for the fit of the goggle over eyewear. Most eyewear has gotten larger over the last few years and it seems your I/O XL does not fit well over these new size frames. I would highly recommend that you give a description of what size glasses your goggles will accommodate. Frames are measured in millimeters from end point to end point and width across the lens area.

Feeling mislead by the lens change description. The website says held on by magnets and lens changes are a snap thanks to a quick swap system. In reality they have to be removed from your face so that you can release 2 clips that also hold the lens, not just the magnets. The appeal was quick and easy lens swaps I could do in seconds. In reality it’s about the same amount of time and hassle as non mag goggles.

They fit much better than 4D MAG with my Vantage Smith helmet. And the visual filed if pretty much the same. I don’t necessary need to see my boots or zippers when skiing. O got these pair of goggles under my warranty as my 4 D MAG was catching lots of air on the right side and my right eye was watering all the time. As soon as I put this one on, I’ve noticed the difference. Impeccable warranty team and customer service! Good for you Smith!!!
