Is this product that is supposed to replace the Photo Finish Hydrating Under Eye Primer? Poor substitute if it is. If it isn't then where is the under eye primer?

Just as good as the original
Still the only eye primer that won't crease on my oily lids. I was afraid to try the new formulation because of all the bad reviews, but they were so completely wrong. I agree the packaging is difficult, but I'm never using another brand again.

MATTIFYING PRIMER
I just recently got this primer & instantly fell in love with it! It feels very lightweight on the skin & rubs in very easily! It's a great base if you have oily skin because it helps control your oils!
