Long Sleeve Merino Wool Thermal Top

I've tried several different brands and fabric blends, and nothing compares to Smartwool's 100% merino wool thermal tops! They're incredibly warm, soft, and cozy without feeling bulky. Perfect for layering under sweaters and jackets on chilly days, but just as comfortable worn on their own while relaxing at home. The fit is fantastic, and the quality is exceptional. I've finally found my favorite thermal tops, and I'm planning to buy every color! Absolutely love them!

I’m a female hunter and highly recommend this thermal. Its my base layer go too. We go out for all day adventures and this thermal is super comfy and never itchy. I love natural products against my skin. Merino wool is natural and amazing! It washes nice in the wash machine, too. No shrinking or piling. I will purchase more.

I own too many patterned Smartwool Classic Thermal Merino crewneck and quarter-zip “tops. ” They are wonderful in weight and feel for hiking and everyday wear in late Fall and Winter. I love to wear them under a fleece jacket or vest. Yes, I know that they are supposed to be baselayers, but why hide such cool patterns? Anyway, I made myself promise to not purchase any more…until I saw the colors and the pattern of Nightfall Linear Peaks. It was too gorgeous not to buy.

This is the absolutely best baselayer top on the market, no questions asked. I’ve transitioned all my winter gear to wool aside from my outer shells and for good reason. Smartwool has perfected their craft, this top is not itchy at all and perfectly regulates my body temp. Never too hot, never cold. The fit of the women’s top is really the winner. The baseball tee stitching where the sleeves meet the body/neck is so incredibly flattering. These tops really do it all, I’ve used them for bitterly cold winter runs, chilly fall runs, long backcountry country skiing days, resort days as a ski patroller, even casual wear around town with a vest. They’re my go to and not only are they the best wool tops on the market but blow any synthetics out of the water. They don't smell even after sweating all day and continue insulating and keeping you warm even while wet. Cannot recommend enough!!!
