Defect product and bad packaging
Do not recommend to buy designer bag from Nordstrom. The bag came in inside the dust bag and wrapped with plastic bag , boxed in a shipping carton. There’s no original Balenciaga box. It feels not well handled.
The bag itself already had scratches and worn out at the corner, feeling like someone had used it before.
I am going to return it so be careful when it showed up as available, it might the this defect bag!

beautiful bag, not the right size for me
The leather is gorgeous, the craftsmanship excellent it just wasn’t right for what I needed. Med was too small and large too massive. Go see it though! Maybe it will work for you.
