Small Paddington Leather Shoulder Bag

Love this bag but the lock can feel heavy and it’s annoying. When holding bag leans forward bc how heavy lock is and bag is small. Otherwise it’s cute and fits a lot for its size

When someone buys a Chloe Bag (or any luxury brand) is usually a discerning customer. They want the best quality, good service and maybe a warm welcome and thank you. Alas I was sorely mistaken. I bought the Chloe bag online...it was easy to purchase. I had to go to the store to pick up (again no problem) Arriving at the Santa Anits store i arrived to the pick up LINE. Staff was suuuper friendly and helpful so I thought easy-peasey - great customer service. The bag was gift-wrapped so when I presented the gift to my wife....just look at the pics. The box was smashed, and looks like the bag was jammed in there. She opens it and it was like they put it in hap-hazardly. It looked like something you get from Amazon. Then the gift note was stuck on the outside with balconies and random numbers. And then my wife asked "you spent 2300 bucks on this?" THEY LEFT THE PRICE TAG on the gift! SMH.... Nordstrom fail. Bag was fine the experience sucked
