Purse packed like it was an Amazon return
I am very disappointed about the poor care and handling to mail this purse to me. There was no Valentino duffle bag. The item was literally sent in a white and green plastic bag like the ones that you see at whole food at the Amazon stand. Also, strap was way too wide( more than expected) making it look less formal. Finally, it would have been helpful to know that designer bags are not taken in store. Information online gave the option to return in- store though- inaccurate ! Overall , I will suggest better handling of items and better specification on how to return designer items. Thanks.
