Small Lana Top Handle Crossbody Bag

Ordered this bag online, it was shipped in a plastic bag. A bag at this price point should be properly shipped in a box! The bag is being returned due to it being damaged in three spots, and not receiving a storage bag. I’ve bought less expensive bags with storage bags. It’s a beautiful bag, but completely disappointed with the delivery method.

This bag is absolutely stunning! It is so beautiful and classy. The leather is super soft, but durable. It’s a small bag, but fits a lot. I have to mention that most of my bags are around this size or just a little bigger, so it’s perfect for me and it fits everything that I usually carry. I was looking at this bag, but I wasn’t sold on any colors available, but then Poplin Blue came back in stock and this is exactly what I wanted.

I received this item in a plastic bag with incorrect size duster bag. Found two receipts from someone else inside the bag. Clearly Nordstrom sold me a used bag for the price of a real bag. The bag was scratched up outside as well. Looked worn. I called Nordstrom service and the denied this and would not reduce fees. I’m sending this item back. Very much so dissatisfied!
