Small Iris Leather Top Handle Bag

The bag itself is beautiful, but it arrived without any care for a $1600 designer handbag. Shrink wrapped in plastic and dumped in a large box with holes in the bottom, very little paper and just enough tape to close the lids. No protection or care at all. No Mulberry Box or dustbag. Clearly just picked up off the warehouse shelf.

I was eyeing on this bag online for a long time (particularly on color Mulberry Green) but couldn't commit to buying without seeing the actual bag. Then, I was so happy to actually able to try it on at one of the Nordstroms. The green one was beautiful online but in person, a bit darker for me (closer to black). The sales associate brought out the two new colors - Chalk (cream) & Black Cherry (dark burgundy-maroon like); both looked nice. I am happy that I settled for black cherry (classy, gorgeous deep color) & very well made, quality leather bag, surprisingly light and roomy to fit most essentials.

This bag is gorgeous and the leather is incredible quality. Holds enough but isn’t too big. The handle is also beautiful and well crafted. Expecting this bag to last me for years. Arrived with a dust bag.

Note — don’t be dissuade by poor reviews re: shipping issues This bag is the perfect size — not too small to be functionally useless, not too large that it’s more a work tote than a handbag. The leather quality is amazing, and fairly light weight. The black cherry color has just enough brown undertones to be timeless vs trendy, which means you can invest and carry for years.

I have to agree with one of the reviewers, the small handle is way to short impossible to put or take out staff from bag only way is to remove it completely but then what is the point to have that short strap, also I think it was a bit heavy I was expecting lighter bag. I had return that bag
